Sewing Fun in Sunriver, OR.

We've been sewing up a storm here at Randy's in Sun river.  I've made a couple of finishes, eaten a lot of great meals (see Lori's post) and gone for some nice walks. It's very beautiful here, there's still snow on the Cascade mountains and the air smells of pine forests.  Here are my finishes:

  1. I absolutely love the plaid one - the varying sizes give it so much movement.

  2. ohh you have a complete new look on your blog - seems you are really productive there, despite talking walks and eating great food ...
    I really like the quilt in the middle - especially with the "neutral" border, gives the whole thing a kind of calm frame.
    The last quilt with the batics is maybe a bit too artsy for me - but the beach hut and the palm tree are a great idea for the batics ...

    plaid quilt is just sooo fun. how big is that quilt? love the broken dishes, have always wanted to do a piano key border,
    your really making progress and having so much fun I bet!
